Get to know a sewing machine and make your first few items - a course over 4 Tuesday afternoonsAbout this Event
Beginner learn to sew course held over 4 sessions.
Session 1 - 23rd July;
Session 2 - 30th July
Session 3 - 6th August
Session 4 - 13th August
Learn to thread a machine, use bobbins, straight stitch. Make a bag and a cushion, and get confident sewing.
Small groups of 4, so plenty of opportunity to ask questions and receive expert help.
Donated fabric is available in the sewing room to use during classes, but feel free to bring your own for a project.
Machines, threads etc all available, along with plenty of brews and biscuits.
