We are planning our summer classes and events over here at The Langford Business Center. We are excited to be offering a few fun options for our community here in the Westshore. Dance and movement are so incredibly good for our mental and emotional health and of course to get your body moving. This class is not about skill! This class is for anyone with our without experience to have fun grooving to music in a non judgmental space! Clear away your troubles for a little while and come dance with us like nobody is watching!
