Over four weeks, the course will cover the Snowsport Scotland Nordic Proficiency outcomes, including:
-basic skate;
-controlling your speed;
-cornering and stopping.
At the end of the course, you will feel comfortable and competent on your rollers to go roller skiing on your own and join in with club activity. Courses are sold as a block and are two sets of two consecutive Monday nights.
There is also an option, to join in at the Huntly Nordic Ski Club Thursday evening club sessions for the weeks that the course is running (interim weeks inclusive).
