Beginner Reformer Pilates!

Welcome to your Beginner Reformer Pilates Class!

We are so thrilled to invite you to join us at Gymbox Victoria for a Beginner Reformer Pilates class! Wanna try reformer pilates but feel like the pilates princess aesthetic, pursuit of perfection and complex acrobatics that can be involved aren't your thing? We've got you! In this beginner level class we will take a playful and curious approach to what the reformer machine can offer us as we explore simple yet empowering movement patterns that give us an opportunity to connect with our bodies in a joyful and meaningful way.

These classes will be especially suitable for beginners, but also anyone who wants to explore steadiness, playfulness and joy as they go back to basics in their existing reformer practise. As an experienced anti-diet movement professional Ash is excited to bring their skills and expertise in creating anti-diet spaces to a new modality. Of course, the class playlist will be carefully curated (aka BANGING) and it will be loud, this isn't a lo-fi chill beats kind of situation!!!

We will be at Gymbox Victoria at 1:30pm every Saturday in July and if you'd like to join us for all 4 weeks you can get a little discount by booking all 4 classes for £80. We are so excited for this new adventure, as Audrey Hobert says (you didn't think we'd make it through an entire class blurb without a pop music reference did you?!)... I'm breaking patterns and getting so good at pilates!!!
