Beginner Pre-Pointe Workshop
Whether pointe is in your future or you simply want to build stronger ballet technique, this beginner-friendly workshop is designed to develop the strength, stability, and body awareness every dancer needs.
Guided by Laura Jane, you’ll work through foundational pointe-prep exercises that strengthen the feet, ankles, calves, legs, and core while refining alignment, balance, and technique.
No pointe shoes are required making this workshop accessible to beginner dancers, adult ballet students, and anyone looking to deepen their understanding of ballet mechanics. Dancers who are already on pointe are welcome to bring their shoes.
