EVERY THURSDAY in August. This focused beginner class takes you from your very first spin to shaping pieces you're proud of. Over four weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of throwing — centering, opening and shaping forms, trimming, and glazing —

4 weeks of small-group instruction
Guided wheel practice
Clay for class projects
Use of wheels, tools, and equipment
Glazes
Kiln firings
$200 / 4-week session (8 hours wheel time)
Thursdays 7-9pm
After your four weeks, continue practicing in our weekly clay classes, or upgrade to an open studio membership for practically unlimited practice time.
