Beginner Pottery Wheel Six Week Workshop at Locust Street Art

Join us for six weeks of fun and learning with the Beginner Pottery Wheel Workshop at Locust Street Art! Get ready to get your hands dirty and unleash your creativity in this hands-on workshop. We will cover the basics of prepping your clay, making cups, bowls and mugs, and glazing your final creations. Please note that makeup classes are not offered for student absences. In the event of a class cancellation, a makeup class will be scheduled.

Location: 138 Locust st. Buffalo NY

Ages: 16+

The cost of this class covers:

• Six weekly two hour classes of instruction
• Material cost of clay and glaze, enough to create approximately 12 pieces
• Access and use of LSA's wide variety of tools
• Continued FREE (not including material cost) use of LSA studio space during open hours after the conclusion of class
• Kiln firings for the pieces made in class AND pieces created during studio time after class

Accessibility: Locust Street Art is located in a historic building with about nine steps to get into the building. We are currently fundraising to make our building more accessible.
