Welcome to the Power BAR Beginner Pole Camp!
If you are an inspiring pole dance student seeking to get into shape through pole fitness and don’t know where to start, you have come to the right place!
This 5 week introduction to pole fitness workshop will provide all the answers you need to determine if you want to continue the pole fitness journey or not. The top 5 benefits you can expect to receive are:

Each session is 50 minutes long and takes place in a motivational group fitness setting. Please wear comfortable work out clothing and tennis shoes. Participants should avoid oils or lotions the day of as to not interfere with the ability to grip the dance pole. Hydrate before the session as well as continuously throughout it.
Pre-registration is required as spaces are limited to ensure our Pole Fitness Coaches provide the highest level of service to you. Attendees can choose to take the entire program (all 5 sessions) or a single session of their choosing.
