This hands-on workshop introduces the basics of mushroom cultivation, including how to grow with logs or buckets and how mushrooms cycle and thrive.

Each participant will take home an inoculated log or bucket to continue growing after the workshop.

BoysGrow is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit organization. We are an educational farm that teaches young men hands-on skills in agriculture, construction, culinary arts, and mechanics. We prioritize mentorship and youth development. Our mission is to empower Kansas City urban teens to break cycles of poverty and become community leaders.
