About this Event
Your child will: earn a white belt, break a real board, and have a blast!
In this free, and exciting, workshop, you child will learn and hear important messages in the following:
Self-Control: The ability to control the body with their mind.
Focus: The ability to block out distractions. Keeping our eyes focused on the person speaking to them.
Self-Discipline: Doing what we know we're supposed to do without being told.
Courtesy and Respect - Treating others the way we want to be treated.
Perserverance: Never giving up when things get tough.
Goal Setting: Working very hard every day to achieve something that we want.
Self-defense, fitness, and fun! NO ONE sits on the bench at Premier Martial Arts!
