This is a 1 hour beginner roller dance group lesson - Downtown edition!
In this workshop you will learn some fun and easy roller dance moves in a choreography that will make you feel good. You do not need to have any prior rollerdance experience for this class.
After class there will be 15 minutes of music to dance and practice to different styles of music.
SKILL PRE-REQUISITES:
You must have confidence in your skating skills:
Standing and stepping on your skates.
Must be able to balance on one skate for a moment.
This is a great class to take after Basics to Rollerdance to get some practice in dancing.
Gear:
Skates.
Helmets and pads not required but strongly encouraged.
BYO:
Waterbottle. Snecks. Sense of humor.
