T'ai Chi Chih (TCC) originated in Albuquerque in 1974. It includes 19 gentle flowing movements and a pose. TCC is not a martial art and is completely non-violent. It is easy to learn and a full practice takes about 40 minutes. It is great for stress reduction, mindfulness, and balance.
About the Instructor:
Greg Berg is an accredited teacher of TCC and is also a poet, book artist, and fine arts photographer.
