No experience is needed to join this class. We will start with the basic steps and lots of repetition. My philosophy is to dance more and talk less. You’ll learn a little about old time vs bluegrass music and how to dance to the musical phrases. I’ll weave in a bit of history of this Appalachian dance tradition during breaks. By the end, you’ll be able to string steps together on your own.
