About this Event

Pull-ups and dips are the basis of almost all Calisthenics movements - so learning them should be where you start your journey!


This workshop is designed to help you start building them properly and safely, even if you’ve never tried them before.


We’ll focus on understanding the form, building strength foundations, working with the correct technique, and skyrocketing your confidence - so you can practice on your own.



What we’ll cover:
  • Pull-up & Dip fundamentals
  • Scapular strength and engagement
  • Band-assisted progressions
  • Low & high bar variations
  • How to train these movements going forward



Who this is for:

✔️ Calisthenics beginners (or those who have never tried Calisthenics before!)
✔️ Anyone working towards their first pull-up or dip
✔️ Anyone wanting to improve their technique and confidence


No previous experience is required - just a willingness to learn and try!
