Bounce, jump and fly with a fun bungee workout at South Dakota Aerial & Arts. This weekend pop-up class is beginner-level and fitting for individuals of all ages and skill levels. In this class, we will get you comfortable in your harness and bungee, learn jumps, twirls and basic fitness moves, and will do some choreography to music.
