Ready to feel more confident and connected in your body? "Find Your Flow" is a women-only experience designed to help you release stress, drop into your breath, and move in a way that feels natural, sensual, and free.

The Experience:

⁕ We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey to ground, awaken the senses, and connect with our inner selves.

⁕ Then your mind and body will feel ready to flow into an intuitive dance set. No choreography, just following the music and my voice as a guide.

⁕ We'll close our safe space with shares, reflections, and connection.

AND: You’ll be invited to wear a blindfold during both the breathwork and dance to remove distractions, let go of self-consciousness, and fully tune into your own energy. No choreography, no experience needed—just the invitation to breath and move in your own way, at your own pace. This is about presence, not performance.

P.S. Please read through all the info below (what to bring, contraindications, etc.) before purchasing your ticket.

What to Bring:

You'll be laying on the ground for the first half of the workshop, so please bring:
- Blankets, pillows, bolsters, sweaters, or anything else that makes you feel extra comfy on the ground
- Water bottle
- Journal and pen (optional)
What will be provided:
- Mats
- Eye masks (but feel free to bring your own if you have a favorite one)

Breathwork Contraindications:

Breathwork is considered very safe, but like everything else, there are contraindications depending on certain health conditions. Breathwork can result in intense physical and emotional release. Therefore, it is not advised for persons with a history of:
- Cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack.
- High blood pressure that is not controlled with Medic*tion.
- Glaucoma.
- Retinal detachment.
- Osteoporosis.
- Significant recent physical injuries or surgery.
- Severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.
- Personal or family history of aneurysms.
- Pregnant women are advised against practicing Breathwork without first consulting and getting approval from their primary care physician.
- Persons with asthma should bring their inhaler and consult with their primary care physician.

Photography & Video Consent:

By purchasing a ticket and attending Find Your Flow: Breathwork & Intuitive Dance Workshop, you acknowledge and consent that photos and/or videos may be taken during the event. These images may be used by the organizer for promotional and marketing purposes, in print or online. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the facilitator upon arrival, and we will do our best to honor your request.
