A feel‑good, full‑body workout combining boxing combinations, cardio, and strength. You'll move through fast-paced rounds focused on speed, power, agility and reactions - all in a fun, supportive environment.

No boxing experience needed, just come as you are. Whether you’re new to fitness, easing back into it, or looking for a workout that feels more social, you’re so welcome here.
