Beginner Astrology Certification2026 Introductory Program with Practitioner Lane Renovato**
Astrology is a transformative tool for self-discovery, emotional clarity, spiritual development, and navigating life with greater awareness. This certification program is designed to make learning astrology simple, accessible, and empowering—whether you are brand new to it or finally ready to understand the deeper meaning behind your own chart.
Throughout this year-long program, Lane will break down the foundations of astrology into clear, digestible steps. You will learn how to read natal charts, understand planetary influences, work with the zodiac archetypes, recognize important chart points, and develop the skills needed to interpret your own chart as well as charts for others. Students receive monthly lesson packets, charts, reference sheets, practice exercises, and guided support as their knowledge grows.
Certification requires attendance at ten of the twelve classes, but students who wish to attend individual topics without pursuing certification are welcome to pick and choose classes.
2026 ASTROLOGY CERTIFICATION CURRICULUM
January 21 – Astrology 101: Introduction to Astrology
Learn the core foundations of astrology, how the chart works, and how the planets, signs, and houses form the language of the cosmos.
February 18 – Exploring the Zodiac Signs
A deep study of all twelve signs, their traits, elements, modalities, and symbolic meaning.
March 18 – Houses, Ascendant, Descendant, and Midheaven
Understand the four major pillars of the chart and how they reveal your life path and personality dynamics.
April 22 – Practicum and Review I
Hands-on practice reading charts using everything learned so far.
May 20 – The Inner Planets
Discover how the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, and Mars shape personality, emotion, intuition, desire, and communication.
June 17 – The Social Planets and Asteroids
Explore Jupiter, Saturn, and key asteroids and how they influence growth, structure, lessons, and maturity.
July 22 – Outer Planets and Shadow Archetypes
Study Uranus, Neptune, Pluto, the Nodes, Chiron, and Lilith, and how they guide transformation and soul evolution.
August 19 – Practicum and Review II
Guided chart interpretation and group analysis.
September 23 – Planetary Aspects
Learn how planets “speak” to each other and how aspect patterns shape your inner and outer life.
October 21 – Transits
Understand timing, cycles, and how planetary movement affects your chart and life decisions.
November 18 – Compatibility and Relationship Charts
Learn synastry and composite charts to understand relationship dynamics.
December 16 – Practicum and Final Review III
Full chart readings, integration of the year’s material, and preparation for certification.
Certification and Support
Students who complete ten out of twelve classes will receive an Astrology Certification through The Soul Purpose.
