Come join a welcoming evening where everyone is invited – whether you're a total beginner or have tried it a few times before. We focus on connection, safety with ***spotting, and letting everyone explore at their own pace.Choose your own level during the evening:
We offer three types of exercises – you decide what you want to try:
🌿 Gentle Start – for those who want to take it slow
Grounded partner exercises focusing on connection, balance, and simple weight-sharing.
🙃 Upside Down – try a new perspective
Beginner-friendly inversions where you get to hang upside down with full support – safe and fun!
🌟 Standing Acrobatics - Safety Drill
We'll guide each exercise step by step, and you’ll get to try both giving and receiving support. No previous experience needed – just an open mind!
