Beginner Acro Workshop with Mike & Ariana

Join Mike & Ariana for a four part workshop to learn partner Acro basics. No previous experience or partner necessary! We will start from basics and can modify to fit your skill level, all skills will be spotted for safety.

Classes will take place 3/29, 4/5, 4/19 & 4/26

Cost: $25 drop-ins or $80 for all 4 classes

We will start each class with some partner warmups then get into the skill for each week. We'll cover basic L-basing, Standing/Dance lifts, inversions & Washing machines. Each class will end with a partner therapeutics.
