Introducing stand up paddle course for Adults!
Are looking for a new activity that offers fitness and challenges or you simply want to try something new? Put stand up paddle boarding on the top of your list.
This low impact sport assists to improve core strength, balance and fitness and can be a fabulous addition to your lifestyle, mental health and wellbeing.
This introduction course will take you through the absolute basics progressing towards developing fitness, skills and technique while having a heap of fun! You’ll experience nature up close and personal and maybe encounter a dolphin or two!
You don’t have to be an athlete to stand up paddle! In fact, stand up paddle boarding is suitable for most levels of fitness at any age.
SUP is one of the fastest growing recreational activities in the world and the benefits are endless. But the best thing of all… Stand Up Paddle is for Everyone including YOU!
