About this Event
Learn about your body’s alignment while connecting with your breath. With one-on-one attention and a slower pace, this class helps build your strength, stamina, and confidence in group classes.
What we'll cover:
- pose names
- pose breakdowns
- linking breath with movement
- AND we'll leave time for questions!
COST:
Grab a single class at the price you can (Pay What You Can options range from $10-30), or if you're brand new to us, we have a New Student Intro that's 21 days of UNLIMITED classes at all 3 of our studios + online for just $79!

One Down Dog is a community-driven yoga and fitness studio based in Los Angeles.
Our movement is feeling-focused in a world concerned with aesthetics. Our classes are all levels, with a variety of styles from ass-kicking-SWEAT to CHILL-the-eff-out. From your first visit, you’re part of this community and we encourage you to be your fullest self – however ODD that may be! We practice feeling good, one day and One Down Dog at a time.
