Yin style poses are typically held from two to five minutes with minimal effort and individualized supports like bolsters and blankets.
Just like any style of yoga, there can be a learning curve in discovering how to get the most benefit, and Helen will help you learn to love this way of practicing. Having benefited from yin yoga herself, Helen brings a passion for helping others to release tension and to develop adaptability.
