Begginer Watercolor Class
About this Event
Always wanted to try watercolor? This class is for you!
Join our beginner-friendly watercolor class and learn the fundamentals of watercolor painting in a relaxed and supportive environment. Students will explore basic techniques, color mixing, brush control, composition, and creative expression while building confidence with this beautiful and versatile medium.
No previous watercolor experience is necessary.
Materials Needed
Palette & Brushes
- Mijello plastic watercolor palette with at least 18 wells and a lid (available on Amazon)
- #12 round watercolor brush
- #4 or #6 round watercolor brush
- Royal & Langnickel Soft Grip Golden Taklon Brush 1/2
Watercolor Paints (Tube Colors)
Please bring the following colors:
- Yellow
- Orange
- Alizarin Crimson
- Sap Green
- Violet
- Burnt Sienna
- Cobalt Blue
- Ultramarine Blue
Recommended Paint Brands
- Daniel Smith
- Winsor & Newton
- Quality student-grade watercolor paints are also acceptable
