SMART 3.0 expanded access to solar benefits by offering 20-year fixed incentive payments for system owners and expanding community solar options. Workshop attendees learn how SMART 3.0 guarantees savings on electric bills—including enhanced discounts for low-income households—ensuring all residents can participate in the clean energy transition.
