Coffee & Good Company (Before Work)
Some of the best conversations happen before the day properly begins.
On Thursday 17th September, we’re bringing the Habits community back together for another Before Work morning at Browns of Leith.
From 8:00 – 9:30am, join us for good coffee from Haze and an easy morning spent connecting with freelancers, founders and creative people before the workday kicks in.
This isn’t a formal networking event. Think of it more like starting your morning in a room full of interesting people who are building things, working for themselves or carving out their own path. The kind of conversations that leave you feeling energised and inspired before you even open your laptop.
Come by yourself, tell a friend, grab a coffee and settle into the morning with us.
Your ticket includes coffee and plenty of time to chat before everyone heads off into their day.
If you are feeling hungry. You can also grab pastries, bacon rolls or anything else that takes your fancy from Haze on the morning, paid for separately so there’s no unnecessary food waste.
This Month
We’ll also be hearing from a brilliant local business based right here in Leith.
Around 8:30am, once everyone has arrived and settled in, we’ll pause for a super casual 5–10 minute chat to hear a little more about their business, what they’re building and the story behind it.
We’re keeping the name under wraps for now, but we’ll be sharing more on socials very soon.
Co-working Add On
Want to carry on the day with us. After Before Work, we’ll be heading across to Custom Lane for a full day of co-working from 9:30am – 5:00pm.
A nice option if you’ve been wanting to get out of the house, work around good people and carry the energy of the morning into the rest of your day.
Your co-working add-on includes:
- Access to Custom Lane from 9:30am – 5:00pm

- Bring your own lunch or head out nearby for food
