BEFORE THE ALGORITHM: An HU Homecoming Blog Era Party

Before The Algorithm showed you what to listen to, there were the blogs. 💻🎶
This Howard Homecoming, MOOD x You Heard That New are taking it back to the era when a new post, mixtape link or co-sign could put you onto your next favorite artist 💿
Join us for **BEFORE THE ALGORITHM: A Musical Journey Through the Blog Era**, hosted by Niles Tayor Ivey, aka [**Lowkey of You Heard That New**](https://www.instagram.com/lowkeyuhtn/?hl=en) **and** [the Hip-Hop/R&B Throwback Radio show on Apple Music](https://music.apple.com/us/curator/hip-hop-r-b-throwback-radio-with-lowkey/1496850492).
The night will feature a special conversation looking back at the blogs, artists, records & moments that shaped an era of music discovery, followed by a night soundtracked by the music that defined it.
