Michael Francis conducts Beethoven’s breathtaking Triple Concerto for Violin, Cello and Piano, featuring TFO’s Yoni Draiblate and Nancy Chang, as well as guest Marika Bournaki. The genius of Beethoven shines in the only concerto he wrote for more than a single instrument. Fans of Anton Bruckner view his nine symphonies not only as unique listening experiences, but sacred chapters in the classical canon, and the orchestra invites us into the composer’s personal cathedral with the Symphony No. 4, the “Romantic.” Bask in the sheer beauty of this journey between heart and soul for the ultimate in Romanticism.
