Bee's Knees Takes over The St. Regis Bar

The St. Regis Bar Singapore presents an exclusive bar takeover by Bee’s Knees, a speakeasy inspired by the glamour of the Prohibition era. Ranked no. 44 and No.18 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars in 2023 and 2021 respectively, the bar is renowned for its innovative cocktail programme, showcasing a seamless blend of Japanese craftmanship and contemporary techniques.

Leading the evening is bartender Hiroyuki Yamada, finalist of Campari Red Hands APAC 2025, indulge in extraordinary libations such as Killer Bee, a playful twist on the classic bee’s knees, marrying gin with truffle honey water and a spark of yuzu tabasco; Bamboo Forest, a botanical wine cocktail layering sauvignon blanc, whisky, and fresh herbs; and Fortuna Rossa, a dessert-inspired negroni featuring strawberry‑infused whisky, Campari, and delicate to‑fu foam.
