The Beertown Comedy Open Mic happens every Monday Night @ Silver Moon Brewing in Downtown Bend, Oregon.
Sign ups start at 6:30PM & close at 7PM when the show starts. We have 20 - 5 minute spots available and no late sign ups unless prior arrangements have been made with Beertown.
Will a Roast Battle break out afterwards? It's very possible.
RULES OF THE MIC
1. BE MINDFUL OF YOUR TIME - You'll be given the light when you have 1 minute left. Please wrap up before the second light.
2. NO HATE SPEECH OF ANY KIND
3. BE PROFESSIONAL & RESPECTFUL - This goes for the venue, the stage, the staff, the audience, and your fellow comedians. Please check all personal issues at the door otherwise you will be asked to leave.
4. COMMUNICATE CONCERNS - Please discuss any and all concerns you may have with a Beertown Staff Member
5. MAKE A REAL ATTEMPT - You don't have to be great or even good, or even go for a full 5 minutes, but if you're going to be on stage, please understand that it's a comedy stage. Do your best to genuinely be funny regardless if it's your first time or your 100th time.
