Yoga & beer?! Say no more.
We'll move through a series of poses designed to increase flexibility and build strength, while also promoting relaxation and stress relief.
This class is suitable for all levels, and modifications will be offered to accommodate different abilities.
Stay after class for brunch and receive 10% of your tab! (reservations encouraged)
Yoga starts at 10am; arrive a few minutes early to sign in and get comfy. Class will be held inside the taproom in the beer museum!
Please bring your own yoga mat and water :)
