Grain Theory has a long-standing tradition of hosting incredible wine dinners, but this Valentine's edition will be unlike any we've done before. For the very first time, we’re hosting a Valentine’s-themed Beer vs Wine Dinner! 💕
🌹 Special Touches to Elevate the Evening
We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Jill Crawford aka Flower Boys a talented local Abilene florist, who will be bringing her artistic flair to the event. Jill will add flair with table styling and floral arrangements, creating an elevated and romantic vibe for the night.
🍽️ A One-Time-Only Dining Experience
Our Lead Chef, Rob Allen, has designed an exclusive four-course menu just for this event. This isn’t your typical brewery fare—this is a culinary experience crafted to impress. Each course will be expertly paired with both a Grain Theory beer and a fine wine, creating a one-of-a-kind tasting journey.
🌸 Add a Valentine's Bouquet
We’re partnering with Flower Boys to offer a special Valentine’s bouquet add-on. These handcrafted, one-of-a-kind bouquets will double as your table’s centerpiece and are yours to take home at the end of the evening.
Important: Bouquet pre-orders must be added to your ticket purchase by February 8th. Regular tickets will remain available after this date (if not sold out), but bouquet orders will close to allow the florist time to prepare.
