Part 1 of our beer sensory session will be led by co-owner and head brewer, Chelsea Tessier. We will taste, compare and learn more about 6 unique sensory traits commonly found in beer. These include: acetaldehyde, ethyl acetate, ethyl hexanoate, geraniol, earthy and isovaleric acid.
The tasting includes dosed samples, control samples and a take-home information sheet. Limited seating available for the event.
