Vol. 1 is comin' at you with a foeder-aged Saison aged on strawberries. Bright and fruity with subtle oak character and a mellow but complex phenol and ester profile from our farmhouse yeast. EXTREMELY limited quantity available on draft and in cans, only available at the source.
