Celebrate the return of Athena, the beloved great horned owl, to the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center (https://www.wildflower.org/)with the release of our taproom exclusive: Athena - Botanical Lager. This one-time specialty lager, infused with hibiscus, elderflower, and ginger, honors Athena's 13th consecutive nesting season at the Center. As our brewery's logo proudly features a great horned owl, we're thrilled to donate 20% of the proceeds from this release to support the Wildflower Center's conservation efforts.
Available on draft only, join us Wednesday, April 9th, for this release when we'll also be streaming the live owl cam, providing an intimate view of Athena as she nests and rears her young. Plus, we’re bringing back our Owl Jars for the occasion; each commemorative glass purchase includes four beers of your choice to enjoy.
