Beer For Breakfast

For ages 21 & up

Indulge your love of beer by learning to incorporate a variety of brews into this late morning feast.  We'll show you how to make a savory jam; the trick to producing tender muffins; the art of creating a classic cheese sauce; and how to fry crispy fritters. 

Beermosas will be will be served with your meal.

• Porter, Bacon & Onion Jam served with Corn Muffins

• Pale Ale Marinated Sweet Potato Hash with Peppers

• Welsh Rarebit with Cheddar & Dark Ale 

• Lager Battered Apple Fritters

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
