Course one: Smoked chicken & leek hand pie with mustard seed aioli. Paired with Roho’s Cream Ale
Course Two: Shaved Brussels sprout & apple salad with candied pecans, dried cranberries, and cider vinaigrette. Paired with Caramel Apple Salty Gnome Gose
Course Three: Seared cod with brown butter caper sauce, roasted fingerling potatoes & charred broccolini. Paired with Munich Lager
Course Four: Slow-braised pork shoulder with caramelized onion jus, rosemary spaetzle & roasted carrots. Paired with Oktoberfest
Course Five: Warm chocolate bread pudding with bourbon caramel sauce & whipped cream. Paired with Brown Eyed Grrr
