Butternut Squash Lasagna Roll- Roasted squash, caramelized onion, sage, ricotta, mozzarella, vodka/parmesan sauce. Paired with Gnome Sweet Gnome Hefeweizen.

Baked Cabbage Wedge- Cabbage, Burrata, browned butter, pistachios and lemon. Paired with Roho's Cream Ale.

Red Chili Steak- Red chili oil seared steak with wild mushroom gnocchi. Paired with Munich Lager.

Ginger Chicken & Mint Meat Pie- Ginger marinated Chicken, sweet potatoes, Gouda, garlic, broccoli, topped with mint chimichurri. Paired with Brother Joel's IPA.
