Chef Daniel’s culinary journey has taken him all around the world. Beginning in Brazil, he went on to build culinary experience in Australia, the USA, and Argentina before making his way to Canada, where he currently leads the kitchen as Head Chef at Belles Kitchen & Music Hall.
With experience spanning gastro pubs, hotels, fine dining, and high-level golf courses, Chef Daniel brings a very diverse culinary background to the table. His cooking is now centred around comfort food inspired by cultures from around the world, focusing on real food that is simple, thoughtfully prepared, and, above all, heartwarming.
