Beer & Barre with 4th Meridian Brewing Company
Tone, sip, and socialize with us on Tuesday, November 4 at 5:00 PM! This upbeat barre class combines small, powerful movements with big fun—and of course, locally crafted beer.
What’s included:
4 beer samples during class—your instructor will cue the perfect time to sip 🍻
One full beer to enjoy after class (or take home!)
A chance to sweat, laugh, and lift your spirits with friends
After class, join us in our community space to sip and socialize with fellow movers. If you’d like to make a full evening of it, come early for our Craft & Sip hangout (5:30–7:15 PM)—bring a project and enjoy good company. Beers will be available for purchase during that time as well.
No barre experience needed—just bring your mat, your energy, and your love for hops & plies!
