The only thing we like more than drinking beer is drinking beer while learning about beer. Plus we got this sweet tweed jacket for Christmas and need a reason to wear it. Join us for our second of three installments of Beer 101 at Eureka Heights Brewing Co. These classes are for anyone 21 years of age or over who is curious to learn more about craft beer by an experienced brewer. For our second class, we will dive into the aromatic world of hops. This session will consist of a properly guided tasting exposing you, the student to common types of hops and how they affect the flavor and aroma of your beer.
The class will conclude with a brewery tour and Q&A with the brewer.
Requirements: No drinking or eating 30 minutes before class. Each guest will receive one beer and lite snacks after class during the Q&A and brewery tour.
