Join The Pullman and the team from Forgotten Kingdom for BEER 101, a four course series on Understanding Beer and The Pursuit of The Perfect Pint, beginning August 22nd! This event is $25 and will pair an instructional overview with a flight of four samples.Course One (August 22) will review the Basics of Beer, discussing what beer is made from and how.
Course Two (September 05) will focus on the Evolution of Beer, looking at the beginnings of beer to the rise of ABV laws and craft breweries.
Course Three (September 19) will discuss the many Kinds of Beer, focusing on the different styles and genres of beer.
Course Four (October 03) will dive into the varying Flavors of Beer, pairing beer with food and discovering how both can alter the experience.
