Join us for Beep & Brews on Wednesday, September 25th at 6:00 PM!

We’re calling on the London community to step up and challenge themselves with the infamous beep test. Remember how 'fun' it was to run back and forth to those beeps in school? Well, now's your chance to relive the glory (or the horror) in a fun, supportive environment.

Everyone will meet in the Lobby at MVMT Strength, and from there we will have a nice easy warm-up run to Victoria Park where we will conquer the beep test together!!

Whether you're looking to test your limits or just enjoy some nostalgic laughs, this event is for you. Come out, get active, and see if you can beat the beep with fellow Londoners!

**Parking: There is a ton of parking available at MVMT Strength behind the building, take the alley beside the train tracks to access the parking lot!
