Bedtime Stories with Chicago Public Library

Enjoy Destination Discovery Story Time in partnership with the Chicago Public Library. Wear your comfiest pajamas, grab your favorite stuffed animal, and join us for an after-hours museum experience designed just for our littlest patrons and caregivers! Start the evening with drawing activities, then talk, sing, and listen along to Librarian Megan who will share stories about gratitude and building community during this cozy evening of reading together. Light refreshments will be provided, and families are encouraged to bring along a blanket or cushion for comfortable seating.

Schedule:

4:30-5:30 PM / Drawing & coloring activities; drop in. Explore the galleries until 5:30 PM.

5:30-6:30 PM / Story Time with Librarian Megan from Chicago Public Library

Explore the city with Chicago Public Libraries Destination Discovery Story Time. Join Chicago Public Library staff as they travel throughout Chicago visiting our city's amazing museums, zoos, and other cultural centers as they bring story time to the children of Chicago and beyond! Learn more about this program .

Registration is strongly encouraged to help the Smart team best prepare for the day. Walk-ins will be welcome as space allows. If you no longer can attend, kindly release your tickets so other families can attend. Thank you!
