No prior experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome!

During your session, you will be lying down on a yoga mat with a few blankets and blocks for comfort. Feel free to bring your yoga mat and any other props that will support you on your sound journey. I have a limited supply. Please see booking policies as there are no refunds/transfers.
