3-hour Wen-Do workshop. Wen-Do (wendo.ca) is a program designed for women by women. Techniques are designed for women of all ages, sizes, and abilities. A combination of discussion, with practical physical skills results in an integration of mental and physical preparedness.
Learn simple, powerful physical self-defence skills. Explore a range of effective verbal self-defence strategies. Develop their ability to recognize and deal with threatening situations. Increase their confidence… and have fun!
Cost: $75 per person Early Bird until August 4, then $100 per person. Workshop is limited to 22 people only.
