WHAT: Bed Bath & Beyond invites media to attend a ribbon cutting event and grand reopening for customers at its flagship store in New York City on Thursday, July 22, 2021. The store has been undergoing a complete transformation since last December to elevate the in-store shopping experience and help customers on their journey to “home, happierTM.” The renovated store is an expression of the new Bed Bath & Beyond and its market leadership in destination categories of bed, bath, kitchen & dining, indoor décor, and organization in the $180 billion home market. The complete design is emblematic of a $250 million, three-year project to remodel 450 stores across the country.

The first 200 customers to visit the remodeled store will receive a gift bag including a selection of products from Bed Bath & Beyond’s newest Owned Brand collections. Chef and author Katie Lee Biegel will also be on-site to showcase her favorite must-have products for cooking and hosting like a pro, offering tips/tricks for getting the most out of Bed Bath & Beyond cookware. Beyond+ Members will have the exciting opportunity to receive a signed copy of her newest cookbook, It's Not Complicated: Simple Recipes for Every Day.
