You are not alone in this. Over half of women in the UK have experienced imposter syndrome. More than half describe themselves as people pleasers, and 70% regularly go to great lengths to avoid conflict.
Most of them are doing it quietly, holding it together on the outside while something inside is fraying at the edges.
That's what this morning is about.
On Saturday 6th June, Martine Gibson and Bonnie Campbell are bringing together just 25 women for an intimate, hands-on workshop at The Liner Hotel. Not a lecture, not a highlight reel, a real conversation, in a real room, with two women who've spent 40 years between them helping women unpick exactly this.
Becoming You is for the woman who:
Doubts herself in rooms she's already earned the right to be in
Says yes on the outside and screams no on the inside
Carries labels she was given years ago and still hasn't put down
Knows she's capable but can't quite make herself believe it.
We're going into all of it. Imposter syndrome, boundaries, confidence and self esteem, and the labels we carry as women. What real confidence looks like when you strip the performance away.
