Becoming Your Own Beloved
During this interactive, immersive workshop we’ll use Intentional Creativity to explore how we can cultivate more love and acceptance for ourselves. If you ever struggle to believe in yourself, in your worth and value (or the worth and value of the things you create) then this is for you!
You’ll follow a guided creative process including journal prompts and simple acrylic painting techniques that will give you opportunity to play with intuitive art making without the pressure to get it right. It’s a space where you can explore your creativity freely and connect with yourself on a deeper level. This will be a fun-filled afternoon getting lost in the moment of creative play beyond judgment and the voice of the critic. This is art anyone can do!!!
