With over 15 years of experience, Kyra brings a trauma-informed approach rooted in Somatic Experiencing®, Somatic Attachment Therapy, Dynamic Attachment Repatterning, and expressive movement. Her work blends somatic trauma healing, body-based boundaries, and authentic self-expression to help people move beyond fear and embody their truth.
Whether you’re new to this work or have been on the healing path for years, Kyra will meet you where you are—offering powerful, embodied pathways to lasting transformation.
